Warrior Software P10V6 Release

SDS has released Warrior Software P10V6, covering the 2025.7.23 and 2025.12.12 updates: a refreshed Acquisition interface, new tool and switch support, LAS3 and Merge improvements, and a range of panel, plotting, and stability fixes.

Scientific Data Systems has released Warrior Software P10V6. The release notes below cover the 2025.12.12 and 2025.7.23 updates.

Warrior 8 Release 2025.12.12

  • Acquisition: updated interface, layout manager, and docking.
  • Support for array data in multiple-pass automerge.
  • Unifire: one-line tension cal is now reflected in all stages.
  • Support for TruPerf BRT/SAFE.
  • WizImport: for LAS3, ~Version, ~Well, and ~Curve are valid names; removed the "Information" text from the section name.
  • Float and Double outputs now honor the NULL value.
  • Adjusted depth units for LAS3 to correct the depth value while importing.
  • Merge: no longer processes the full range when Auto Range is unchecked.
  • Signature Plot: shade above or below a value other than zero, with variable min/max.
  • PipeTally: can generate more than one named annotation set. Defaults to PTANN, then prompts for a new name if the previous one exists.

Warrior 8 Release 2025.7.23

  • Merge: backs up the destination to the WarriorData\AutoBackup folder before the merge starts, warns on low disk space, and can be disabled with the WProperties flag [Merge] AutoBackup=0.
  • CSAA panel correctly disables power control in an incorrect safety key position.
  • Tooltips for disabled controls and power supply settings.
  • Gauges for Tool Voltage and Current.
  • PowerInAux: control added for the CSAA panel type, specifying power availability to the AUX connector (safety key in "AUX").
  • Improved ADC averaging for SDSHPM, enhancing resolution when required; LTEN and XTEN channels default to using this.
  • Added ADC averaging to CYAUX devices.
  • Initial support for Well-Good Addressable switches.
  • Removed the Frame ID check for Probe Telemetry Version 1 (backward compatibility).
  • New options and defaults for SRS switches to move the fast diagnostic command to the Arm operation from Fire.
  • Datapush: fixed an ID issue that lost path information when invoking a depth shift.
  • Fixed a compatibility issue with USB44 cards that have panel temperature.
  • Plot: fixed multi-line annotations.
