Warrior P10V7.1 Software Release

SDS has released Warrior Software P10V7.1 (2026.4.21), adding a Hybrid logging option, docking and tabs updates, new tool and panel support (WellSun FDA, Spartek CWH type 168, ULPP), and a range of plotting and stability fixes.

Scientific Data Systems has released Warrior Software P10V7.1 (2026.4.21). This version adds a Hybrid logging option, docking and tabs updates across the interface, new tool and hardware support, and a range of plotting and stability fixes.

Enhancements and New Support

  • Docking updates and new Tabs across the UI, including tabs added to Logsys docking.
  • New Hybrid logging option. Logsys adds Hybrid Recording to log time and depth, with new Record Up/Time and Record Down/Time buttons. See Service Editor help for more details.
  • Support for WellSun FDA (acoustic density).
  • Preliminary support for ULPP digital gauges.
  • External Power option for the PS800W (ULPP) panel, with fixes for polarity and Matsusada polling.
  • Datapush updates for TimeToDepth outputs.
  • Support for Silicon Labs USB-Serial ports (custom naming).
  • Preliminary support for WellSun telemetry.
  • Support for Spartek CWH type 168.
  • New option to normalize sectors for casing (NormalizeSectorsForCasing). Set the value to NO to turn it off; the default remains normalized (blank or YES).

Fixes

  • Tabular plot: fixed a tabular track less than 10% wide.
  • Fixed curve name selection for the img/potato plot.
  • Fixed a Pioneer Petrotech crash.
  • Mathpack: the warning for mixing time-based and depth-based data no longer applies to log variables.
  • Borehole image 2D display: fixed a random crash inside certain graphics drivers.
  • Fixes for plot signature settings.
  • FEDit: fixed the Log check box not reading back its option.
  • Fixed editing of the plot interval.
  • Fixed curve list plot colors.
